Two nights Mount McKinley and Denali via Anchorage

An experienced tour guide will lead you into the Alaskan wilderness where you’ll spend two nights in our Mount McKinley and Denali Princess Wilderness Lodges. Get to know Denali National Park, its history and its flora and fauna on an extensive guided tour and explore the park and the Mount McKinley area on optional excursions. The meals are already included as indicated in the itinerary.

Day 1 Anchorage
Arrive in Anchorage and check into your hotel. Meet your Tour Director and fellow traveling companions.

Day 2 Anchorage / Mount McKinley
Today, set out for the Alaskan wilderness. Travel by scenic motorcoach to the Mount McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge. The afternoon is at leisure. In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner at the North Fork Restaurant. (breakfast and dinner included)

Day 3 Mount McKinley
The entire day is yours to spend as you please. Explore the trails around the lodge, opt for an optional excursion or just take in the breathtaking views over the mountains from the deck of the lodge. (breakfast and dinner included)

Day 4 Mount McKinley / Denali
This morning, travel by motorcoach to Denali National Park where you’ll spend two nights at our Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge. Dinner is at the King Salmon Restaurant. (breakfast and dinner included)

Day 5 Denali
Travel deep into Denali National Park on a Tundra Wilderness Tour, watching for glimpses of Denali as well as moose, caribou and Dall sheep. In the evening you’ll be treated to the Music of Denali dinner theater. (breakfast, lunch and dinner included)

Day 6 Denali / Whittier
Board the Denali Express rail to Whittier and your awaiting ship.
